1. Who we are

Stagefright.AI is operated by Ludo Roupell, trading as Stagefright.AI, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). Contact address: 55 Harfield Gardens, London, SE5 8DB. Contact us at hello@stagefright.ai.

2. What Stagefright.AI is

Stagefright.AI is a free, AI-powered public speaking coaching playground. You record yourself speaking (video, or audio only if you prefer); our system analyses your delivery using Google's Gemini AI and returns a structured coaching report. There are no accounts, and we do not keep what you record: your recording is deleted the moment your report is ready, and your report exists only in your browser unless you print or save it yourself. The only thing we may keep is an email address, and only if you choose to leave one at the end of your report.

Coaching reports are AI-generated and for personal development and informational purposes only. They are not professional, medical, psychological, or career advice. We do not guarantee any particular result.

3. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old to use Stagefright.AI. By using the service you confirm that you are.

4. Free use and fair limits

The service is free and needs no account. To keep it available for everyone, some limits apply:

• up to five rehearsals per browser session;
• each recording is capped at 5 minutes;
• hourly fair-use limits apply per connection, to prevent abuse.

We may change these limits, giving reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

5. Your consent to recording

To analyse a rehearsal we process your face and voice (or your voice alone in audio mode), which is biometric (special category) data. You give explicit consent at the record screen before you record, and your choice is remembered only until you close the tab, so you are asked again on your next visit. You can stop at any time by ending the recording or closing the page. How we handle your recording, including that it is deleted the moment your report is ready, is in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• record anyone other than yourself without their clear consent;
• upload content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or that you have no right to upload;
• use bots or automated tools to create rehearsals in bulk or get around usage limits;
• reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or extract our AI model or its outputs at scale;
• interfere with or compromise the service's infrastructure, APIs, or security, or attempt to overload it.

We may block or restrict access that breaches these rules.

7. Your content and our intellectual property

You keep ownership of your recordings and reports. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your recordings only as described in our Privacy Policy; we claim no rights over your content beyond what is needed to run the service for you. The Stagefright.AI name, branding, design, and software are owned by or licensed to us, and you may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our written permission.

8. AI-generated output

Reports are produced by AI and may contain errors or assessments you disagree with. Treat them as one input into your development, not a definitive evaluation.

9. Availability and warranty

The service is provided free of charge, as is and as available. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we may update, restrict, or withdraw features or the service itself, giving reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

10. Your statutory rights as a consumer

If you are a consumer, you have rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires services to be provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms affects those statutory rights, and where any term conflicts with them, those rights prevail.

11. Our liability to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for loss that is not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses; and, as the service is free, our total liability to you will not exceed £50.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will update the date above when we do. Because there are no accounts, we cannot notify you individually; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
